I think Call center is physical station where make call or receive,mainly call center is two type firstly Inbound in which handling process of customer care,information regarding product or function.And secondly outbound which includes sales process like product sales through telemarketing.
there will be arises question like
1- tell me something about urself?
2- what did you last sunday?
3-why you are joining call center?
4-what do thing about child labour?or traffic signal beggar child?
5-what did you school life?or most favorite day?
