call center may be divided into various type according to
their funcation and area of operation . most commonly call
center are divided into inbound and outbound call center in
inbound call center agent recived calls from coustomer who
need to obtain information or report a mal funcation .in
outbound call center agent intiate a call to a customer
mostly to sell a product os a service
