Call Center is place where calls are handeled and we can
consult our problems related to service, related to
connection or anything else. and It is also informe us
about our bill, new schems etc. There are two types of call
center first is Ingone where calls are recieved and second
is outgone where calls are done. so a call center Interview
is So simple and so easy. simple questions are like
1) Depply describe your self.
2) what is you Educational quallification?
3) What is your future Planning?
4) Why you are going to join call Center?
5) What are your hobbies?
6) what salary you Expect from your job.
