 There are  myriad problems to reclaim the job. Firstly, work pressure which causes the great effect  on equanimity of person. Secondly, detest over job and management as well. some of jobs require tenacious ,and travail. The person ought to have forbearance, especially in onus conditions. Finally, remuneration. Even though job require great amount of work, i pays less remuneration.
