Defects are usually traced by d tester wherease bugs by
devloper. so tracing those defects by developer and rtester
are termed inn two diff ways. thats d basic diff

As per my knowledge if customer find defect it is called
defecct tracking.
If tester find bugs it is called as bug tracking.

after completion of coding we can testing the project at
that we can find the problems of that project and same time
we can also rise errors of the project. simply we can use
defect tracking for finding problems and we can use bug
tracking for finding erros.
