The .bmp and .jpg files can be uploaded using Tcode SE78 .
for uploading a .tiff file there is one standard
program.which did the same.
that program name is RSTXLDMC

uploading the Imager via that standard program is prefferd
because it can be transported from one SAP system to
another.
