salary level.i feel that everything is interconnected.we
cant go for onething.

Better work enviornment, because a congenial working
enviornment gives confidence to a person that he can

form basis f our career path,need 2 hav high
concentration,gd support 4m superior,peers,subordinates is
esssential;which can only b possibl in a congenial
environment
-gd environment leads 2 innovative ideas,thus nt only there
wl b organizatnl grwth bt also individual growth n
development
-built emotional relationsp wit organization,leading to
loyality(big questn nw a days!!),so less employee turnovr n

Right Balance of both the factors to be frank.
because if there is deviation is either one work get
affected intentionally/unintentionally..
Though i wouldnt work for monies alone... but that would be
a factor of consideration.

ofcourse,maslow's theory says,basic needs,safety
needs,belonging needs,self esteem needs,self actualization
needs.the first need should be completed by money only
after that all needs will be grow and acheive
theirself.simply from this what i want to conclude
