Workbench transport request support transferring data
between different SAP environment/systems, for non-client
dependent information, for example if you change a condition
price table, this modifies some internal programs and create
transparent tables, if this is done in any development
system client, it will be available in all clients under
development environment/system, but if you want to move
changes from development system to Quality assurance, you
have to transport to one QA client and will be available in
all. This is important when Basis team is doing the
transport, so they know the request must be copied to
multiple clients or just one.
