Responsible for managing a call center area or business
segment. Manages specific project assignments and tasks as
related to business segment. Manages exempt staff and/or
Supervisor/Team Managers. Responsible for creation of
solutions to business requirements. Responsible for
evaluating day-to-day operations and resolving customer
issues/concerns. Escalates improvement suggestions for
customer retention, headcount and training. Manages
customer service directives relating to policies and
procedures and capital budget strategies. This job may plan
develop and implement specific short/long term projects in
the areas of customer operations. Develops plans for the
training, support and maintenance of the project. Analyzes
data to identify customer needs. Develops plans target at
improved effectiveness and efficiency. Provides guidance
and assistance to department staffs, field forces, and
vendors during the planning process. Maintains an
operational knowledge associated with the area of
responsibility.

job is not a separate.if u have good communication skill as
well as very attractive personality then u can hold the
post of area manager.instant dicission making capability is
too much nacessory for this post.Above all if you have a
marketing experence of any company then it will be very
much easy to grasp this valuable as well as highly
honourable post.
