right click on the start process then select the option
create msg and assign these msg to the roles.
start process -create msg-assign to role.
i think this is the right process, otherwise let me know.

Right click on the process you want to monitor(example, Load
info package) -> select create message -> select when you
want to send a message(success, fail or always) -> create a
variant for the mail
