because sold to party will be having all tha partner

You can only upgrade. you cannot down grade. ship-to to
sold to-Yes but sold-to to ship-to-NO.

you wouldn't need to change a Sold-to to a ship-to in any
case because the sold-to can also act as a ship-to.

we cannot change sold-to-party to ship-to-party but reverse is possible

Sold to party can function as ship to party. Hence generally not required to change SOLD to SHIP. If we want to change SHIP to SOLD, we can use XD07.

If you have given a ship to party( is been maitained only in
goods recipient ac group)in sold to party and sp in shipt to
party by mistake in a sales order .. the system gives you a
information warning message and it swaps it by itslef.. if
this is not the case then you cant change the sold to party
into sh.. u have to exit and comeback..
