call centre works like as a networking system, its fully
connects with computer, internet and telephone.There are
two kinds of call centre 1. International call centre and
2. domestic call centre.

International call centres are too large but domestic call
centres are centre under a private company.

call center is the place where customer call for our
setisfaction about the product and call center execuative
have to satisfy with honour and respect.

im an engineering graduate (BE ECE) i have experience of 1.5 yrs in non technical BPO, i can justify abt my reasons for takin up call centers but they are asking me why have u chosen non technical being from technical side, i cant find any suitable answer to that question (basically im weak in technical concepts) so kindly tell me wat to say in this regard
