Last Saturday on 18.05.2007 I went for an interview in IBM-
Daksh. They asked me why u are not trying for a job in any
other firm like DELL, HP, Microsoft etc. What kind of
answer one have to put for this kind of questions.

To these types of question i call it as an indirect
speech,they wont be questioning any buddy in that way,i
guess this is the right way to ask the same question but in
direct speech,.."why do you want to work with our
company,and as per ur question,reply them in confident way
with the words,if i would have cared to work for that
company i wont be coming here for the interview,and besides
IBM is fabulous company,i ve dreamed for so long to work in
this company,that's the reason i want to be apart of ur
esteemed organization...

I feel the growth and development that i see in this

The job profile and job description are the best match for
your answer. I am able to handle all the responsibilities
given in JD section. This implies I can use 100% of my
skills and will enjoy my work. In that way I can be able

the reason to join ibm is that ,its your organisation which
always says that come with us to build up the smarter
planet ,so iam here to build up smarter planet according as
per as my ability and elegibility,secondly ibm is only
organisation in india which provides largest employment on
compareing with dell,hp,microsoft and etc,so here my job

Question 1: Scenario A customer has just opened a new unit (purchased two weeks ago) which isn't working correctly. After you have run through the troubleshooting steps, the issue hasn't been solved so the item will need to come back to company for repair. You explain to the customer the normal process is to: Drop off the item at any Australia Post Office with a Return Slip attached to the box Wait for the item to arrive at Company HQ, be repaired and then sent back (all shipping costs are covered by Company) The customer now tells you they purchased this item for a camping trip which is a week away. The item has to be fixed, but you know that one week isn't enough time to have the item sent back to Company, repaired, and sent back to the customer in time for their trip.
