As A Team leader my contribution towards my team is to know
weakness and strenght of each team member, and polishing
the weak part and Encouraging strenght , more our i give
freedom to talk and value the suggestion.if they incorrect
i correct them and if they come up with value suggestion i
appreciate them before all team members, that every one can
get motivated

As a team leader i have to make sure the expectations on me
are met. In order to meet my expectations i have to set a
certain expections from my team & should make sure all are
upto the expectations. If no it is my responsibility to
groom at my level best to get process success. If the team
is success a team leader is success, if a team leader is
success the process is success.

as a TL I find out my group weakness then remove them and
make some effort for improve my group performance better in
future . and I check time to time that my group how perform

am the best among them bcoz they should not think that
there is no any problem thats salution i dont have,then i
have to be very fair with all our team members that each
and every individual team member should think that i am
most supportive for him than all,and motivate them to grow

What is a difference between a practitioner and an MBA MARKETER! IF BOTH are earning same in one company? Both are respected same in a company? MBA professional gets annoyed.... Why I did MBA? If someone else without it can do the same job? In some cases! Practitioner are earning better..... WHY? BEFORE WORLD introduced MBA,s! Companies were running and people were selling!..... then WHY MBA marketers especially? One practitioner says! There is no need for MBA marketers? What should be the answer?...... ;)
