Direct marketing means compony(Seller) went to end users
through advertises and exetra, In indirect marketing seller
went to the person who is not a exectly end users but he
suggeset the product to end users, like Doctors

Direct marketing is nothing but we are selling product in
customers place (face to face)sometimes customer may get
irritate now a days lot of competition everyday new
companies launching new products. So, cusotmer may get
irritated. Example: Outbound Call centre:: we are selling
the product directly. They may reply or maynot reply.

Indirect Marketting is Nothing but customers shows their
interest they are involving directly. Company should give
quality products Ex: Inbound Call Centre: They should give
proper definition about the product.
