B.P.O=buisness process outsourcing there are two process
there one is outbond and second is inbound. outbond is to
call the customer and sale the product. and inbound is to
receive the call and solve the quiery and satisfy the customer.

Bpo stands for buissness process outsourcing.It has two process inbond and out bond. Inbond is the process by which the customers clearifies about his doubt and lodge complaints regarding product and services and outbond is the process by which we gave a information about products and services.
