I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for. What is the best answer that I can possibly give? I am being judged for stability wihch is not true in my case

You are working in your organization from 3 months. why do you want to live?

You are a team leader handling 15 staff. You know there is data fudging happening, which is an integrity issue for the organization but you don't have sufficient data to prove, although You know which staff are doing it. Now, 5 team members come to you together asking that they have heard from the grapevine that they are suspected for playing with critical data. How will You handle this situation especially when 2 out of these 5 are actually the ones doing it ??? This is a mind boggling question for an inerview, it had me tongue tied for a moment.

can any one tell me what is US,Uk and Australian timing in India for call center or bpo? i think if we want to work in us shift the time is after 8 pm to 5 am. am i right? if wrong then plz tell me the right timing for us,uk and Australian shift in india for bpo
