occurs 0 is used for mem allocation. I believe it means
8kb.
As per new version of sap,occurs sud be avoided as its a
obsolute statement.

If you decare internal table without 'OCCURS 0' means it
simply specifies internal table work area.means it is
equivalant to field string syntax.

if u are not defining the occur statement runtime it will
take default memory will taken. the defalult memory is 8 kB
