Hi ,

My 50/60MVA ONAN/ONAF power transformers tripped at 47MW power , but no windding temp alarm or trip , no any other indication, just PRV trip, what is the reason ?

What types of CMOS memories have you designed? What were their size? Speed? Configuration Process technology?
