PCC is basically the power distribution board. Power distributed to various systems by using its outgoing feeders. Each individual feeders are protected by individual circuit breaker.
MCC is the panel used as starters for many constant speed application motor. So it is having starters circuits like DOL, RDOL, Star-Delta etc
