how the find the quantity of water used to make 1 cubic meter concrete mortor..

first we should know the ratio of the cement mortar, then find the quantity of cement. you should select a w/c ratio. using the water cement ratio and cement content (in kg) per cubic meter of mortar you can find the water content. NOTE: 1 kg of water is 1 liter of water.
