How to choose concentration of LOQ solutions for RS analysis? Example.
Answer / sachin patil
Its depend on your test concentration and the specification limit, means if specify limit is 1.0% in quality and in control have 0.5% then your LOQ concentration must be below the 50% of your specify limit of of control and % RSD of recovery at this LOQ level must be performed and should be pass.
