Any responsibilities for given position depends on the organization, company based on the defined processes in the project-plan or organization plan. No particular answer exists as the list of responsibilities change from company to company. Though in general specifies in recruitment processes to categorize the eligible personnel to the required position. - ensure that all the professionals are performing very well
- ensure that all the customer's needs and accounts are achieved and attained
- lay out plans for improvements of underperforming agents
- teach and guide the agents on how to descalate the issues to prevent the customers for giving misleading information.

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for.
