Any responsibilities for given position depends on the organization, company based on the defined processes in the project-plan or organization plan. No particular answer exists as the list of responsibilities change from company to company. Though in general specifies in recruitment processes to categorize the eligible personnel to the required position. The seniority gets measured based on the performance metrics met over time to time, that varies from 6 months to yr and more. But no Sr or Jr for employment while recruiting.

The key roles and responsibilities of a senior team leader are;
- ensure that all the performance metrics are reached
- ensure that all the professionals are performing very well
- ensure that all the customer's needs and accounts are achieved and attained
- lay out plans for improvements of underperforming agents
- teach and guide the agents on how to descalate the issues to prevent the customers for giving misleading information.
