what is quantity of sand required to plaster wall about
1000 sq ft
Answer / v ramesh
area in m^2 = (1000/10.76)=92.95sqm..
volume=92.95X(12/1000) = 1.12M^3
add 30 t0 35% of bulking of sand= 0.336M^3
add 20% for wastage of sand = 0.224M^3
total = 1.68M^3
=(1.68/(1+4)) = 0.336m^3
=cement = 0.336*30=11 bags
= sand = 0.036*4 = 1.344M^3 of sand
