What is LMU and LMDU. in PLCC communication of 132 kv transmission line. is it possible to use only one LMU with out LMDU ?

LMU stands for Line Matching Unit used in Power Line Communication (PLC), LMU & LMDU used as Coupling Devices. If the coupling is Phase-Phase it requires LMU & LMDU. If the coupling is Phase-Ground LMU is enough for Power Line Communication.

when an induction motor runs on load.at that time if we reduce the supply voltage the current increases.But when it runs without load,if we reduce the supply voltage the current also reduced.why?.i checked it practically also.
