when motor runs on load ;there is a load who will draw
more current if u reduce the voltage load will draw more
current because it is essential to run the desire load ,
Formull V=IR,...when ther is no load nobody is there to
draw the more current ,so current reduce if u reduce the
supply voltage

H.t motor 6600 volt to same motor lt supply 440volt supply applyed to h.t motor to effect....
