How does a clampmeter measures dc current
Answer / pundlik wanwe
DC clamp meter works on the principle of Hall effect.
depending on the current passing through the conductor the variation in the magnetic field will vary the current measured.
the same principle is used for many other applications like proximity switches and position sensors.
