range is the values between which the system is performing its functionality properly according to the specifications

SPAN IS THE DIFFERENCE between higher range value and lower range vale

The range is that difference in minimum and maximum operating parameters that the instrument will withstand without damage.

Dear uday...how can u say that..LRV is always zero...span is the algbrc differnce of UrV and Lrv.that doesnt mean LRV is zero.
