First 10 Customers have to be the first 10 sales orders unless you have an enhancement done to validate if the same guy is placing the order again and again to avail of the discount. even if its diff customers, the logic remain the same.

In Standard sap the condition update functionality (V/06) gives you the flexibility to keep a track of three things
1. Order Value
2. Order base Value and
3. Number of orders.

These are maintained in the Additional data ( a button) in the condition records.

Case in point is number of orders. Standard SAP limits you to track three orders only. The domain ANZAUF has the value range of 01 - 03.
If you want to keep a track of more than 3 orders, then a lil tweaking has to be done in the domain.
