In a company code there may be many sales area and different business process adopted.
Since the determination itself answers your question:
Pp=cust pricing procedure doc pricing procedure sales area.
Different customer may have different schemas.
Company may have different business processes so doc type.
And this also depends on sales area which many be 1 or many.
