Since ct is step up transformer ,with secondary open , very high voltage will develop on secondary side. Due to this high voltage , secondary winding insulation will fail .this will lead to damage of secondary winding.

In my 3 phase 4 wire electrical system N to earth voltage is 0.08 is it ok What is standard for it ?
