BILATERAL NETWORK
A bilateral element has same relation between voltage and current for the two possible directions of the current.
Example: Resistor.
UNILATERAL NETWORK
A unilateral element has different relation between voltage and current for the two possible directions of the current.
Example: si and ge diods, vaccum diods.

BILATERAL NETWORK
A unilateral element has different relation between voltage and current for the two possible directions of the current.
Example: Resistor.
LINEAR NETWORK
A circuit whose parameters are always constant irrespective of the change in time, voltage, temperature etc. is known as linear network.
It should obey the law of superposition.
Example: Resistor
