go to tcode su01, type the username and make it to a change mode,   go to logon tab and over there you find whether a user is service or dialogue

go to se16 fill the table usr02 and give the name of user and check the user type A,B,C,L,S in USTYP field

the output will show you all users in your system with column ( user type)
