shear is created when 2 equal and opposite forces acts tangentially on a body.

ground floor columns and beams are reinforced by 4 Num's 16MM @ Corners AND 2 Num's 10MM @ centre.... And the nxt top floor columns and beams were lapped by 8 num's 12MM dia bars..... IS THIS CORRECT ????
