Goto SE16-Table name is USR40 and click on number of entries yeto display the entries or F8 to execute.
Then click on create button to make the entries on restricted passwords.

By editing the Table USR40 contain the password exception list.
go SE11 and enter the table USR40 and choose change.

When I go to SAP Management Console, the tree is not appearing ; and i cannot start the console from yesterday. So I went to "Run" services.msc option to check the SAP program files appear there or not. I checked there, the two sap files "SAPC11_00" and SAPOSCOL" are appearing there but not started. If i double click this for making it started, it gives the following message. "THE SERVICE DID NOT START DUE TO LOGON FAILURE" Can anybody suggest any solution to solve this problem. Awaiting for the reply . Please.
