Step 1: Connect the Hart communicator to the transmitter
1,select online configuration save the settings.

Step 2: Connect the communicator to the transmitter 2.
Select the offline configuration, send the settings.

From the 475 Communicator manual:

Sending a saved configuration to a connected device:

The Send option lets you send the open configuration to a
connected device. From the Saved Configuration menu,
double-tap Send. The 475 Field Communicator sends the
configuration to a connected device that is compatible with
the configuration.
