It Operates, more like microcontrollers but the configuration are way too different. It make use of logic zero and logic one for automatic control and for complex operation, some sensors, relays, timers, counters... etc are installed as part of the process control to obtain desired outputs

I HAVE GOT TYPICAL PROBLEM WITH THE TEMP.INDICATION. THE PROBLEM IS THE K-TYPE T/COUPLE OUT PUT IS CONNECTED TO A INDICATOR.THE INDICATION FLUCTUATES SOME TIMES AND SOME TIME IT IS STABLE. WHEN I CHECKED OUT PUT OF T/COUPLE THE MV WILL NOT VARY. WHERE AS INDICATION FLUCTUATES. WHEN I GIVE MV SOURCE TO T/COUPLE EXTENSIONCABLE FROM THE FIELD IT INDICATION IS STABLE. WHEN GIVE MV SORCE TO INDICATOR ITS INDICATION IS STABLE. PLEASE CLARIFY.

I am having a Phoenix digital to modbus converter. The o/p of the same is connected to flow computer FB407. But the digital signals are updated only after one minute in the flow computer. what may be the cause of delay in communication? Flow computer is having a scanning period of less than 1 sec.
