Scenario 1: When the inventory/organization is not defined
during the Pick release process. The order will get
backordered
Scenario 2: When there is no On hand quantity for a
particular item, but there is a PO/SO raised against the
same
Scenario 3: Partial backorder, when there is no enough
quantity that can be released against the order created.
The available quantity is released and the rest are
backordered.

We have 2 check boxes Purchase and purchasable in Purchase tab for Master Item attributes. What is the difference between them, and why can't we use make or buy if some one answers as we are purchasing from supplier we say purchasable....
