Immediately we have to open the vent which was provided super heater outlet. The vent size should be such that it can draw sufficient steam from super heater to prevent overheating of coils due to starvation. We should keep it open till the minimum quantity of steam drawn by turbine. Mean while however drum safety will be closed due to pressure drop. Next we have proceed for line safety pressure setting.

If line safety was not lifted means better to open vent in that lines to reduce the pressure.

63.5 ohm NGR is connected with our gas engine genrator running at 500 rpm, 50 hz and synched with WAPDA at 6.3 KV bus voltages, 2500A and 25KA(1 sec). can some one give me proper calculations how it comes 63.5ohm?????

DCS marshaling Cabinet Power supply can be replace during plant running time? Answer Yes it is possible. I am talking about the controller and cards power supply modules. They are always redundant and connected through diode so that if one power supply fails the other can take the charge immediately.so it is possible to replace one of them in running plant if the other one is healthy. MY question is how switching done.
