when the CT ratio & Meter CT Ratio is different then we have to multiply the meter reading by a factor i.e. called MF to find exact value.
MF= (field CTR*field PTR)/(meter CTR*meter PTR)

But in practical we saw nearby house doesn't have power due to single phasing. But other two phases give supply. How it's possible? it doesn't make "single phasing"?
