What is the different between ESD & PLC.
ESD- Emergency shutdown... it is for shutdown the total plant
during or in-case of any emergency like,high pressure accured
in process , instrument air failure, or any utility failure.
PLC- programmable logic controller.. by implementing logic or
program's , we can achieve the ESD by using PLC
so ESD is a kind of logic, PLC is a hardware.

Im having problems with interfase betwen SPI v7.0 and SPPID v5.05. Previous versions of Intools shoul be fixed with SPPIDproj.ocx file. It was necessary to replace this file with one that allows the connection between different versions of SPPID. It is necessary in the current version to do the same?Thanks
