20mm thick flooring means,12mm thk mortor bed + 3 mm thick
cement slurry.The normal thicknes of Vitrified tiles is 5-
6mm.
So,Cement reqiured for 12mm thk bed mortor is 0.11 bags/m2,
As per CPWD the requirement cement for Slurry is 3.3Kg/M2

dry mix= 0.012*1.5= 0.018
Cement= 0.018/5*1440/50= 0.104 Bag
