33cm=330mm
20cm=200mm
17cm=170mm
so
330mmx200x170mm
Add 10mm mortar
340x210x170=.012138 cum
so 1 cum= 1/.012138=82 Nos of block

i have consider 15mm mortar bedding.
and add 5% of block wastage of blocks.
consumption per 1 m3
cement bags=0.79m3
sand = 5.90 cft
blocks= 77 nos (including wastage).
