Power Relay is to control AC contactors with no-nc and Reverse Power Relay is used to trip the system when there is any wrong phase is coming. It is usually used in 3phase motors.

Power Relay will operate when the power is more than the set irrespective of the direction where as reverse power relay will operate when the power is transferring the opposite direction...
