after entering the address infotype a dyanmic action trriger's which will lead you to INFOTYPE 207 residence tax, 208 work tax and 209 unemployment tax.... correct me if I am wrong :)

This depends on the client's requirement.
After addresses there is a provision to enter the Permanent Address and other addresses for the pernrs, during execution of hiring action
