Calibration range at which the
instrument calibrated
instrument range:maximum range of
instrument at which we can calibrate
instrument for example if we have a
pressure tx instrument range 0~10bar
we can calibrate it at any position
between 0~10bar suppose we calibrate
it at 0~4bar its mean its calibration range
is
0~4bar and instrument range 0~10bar

CAlibration range is the range upto which we have marked
readings on a guage ( for e.g) .
Instrument range is the range upto which instrument can
detect measurand .
calibration range is always less than Instrument range.
Dead zone and hysteresis may take position between the
difference in instrument and calibration ranges

You are looking at the RS-485-side of an RS-232/RS-485 converter and the power supply voltage for the converter is +5V. Under idle conditions (no transmission), and assuming you have enabled the RS-485 output: what would you expect at: (a) Output A measured against output B (b) Output A measured against ground (c) Output B measured against ground
what is use of communication wire in multipare cable(oil and gas field), why this communication wire not used in single pair cable?
A pressure transmitter with a range of 0-100 bar.The accuracy of the instrument is 1% of upper range value? The pressure indicating transmitter is showing the system pressure is 50 bar. b. When you include the error, what is the minimum possible pressure in our fuel gas system? i. 49.5 bar ii. 49 bar iii. 1 bar iv. 0.5 bar We want to change the filter cartridge. We must depressure the fuel gas system. c. After we depressure the system in preparation for maintenance, the transmitter displays a pressure of +0.1 bar. At this time, what is the possible range of pressures in our fuel system? i. +0.099 to +0.101 bar ii. 0 to +0.2 bar iii. -0.1 to +0.3 bar iv. -0.9 to +1.1 bar
