Heating surface area of a boiler depends on gas velocity, size of tube, tube pitch, arrangement, configuration of tube. For the same duty or heat transefer one can develop different designs with significant difference in surface area

There is a thumb rule like so, every 1meter square of heating surface gives a generation of 40 mt of steam.

Due to the sensitive earth fault Our Power plant Get Tripped Several Times, It happens in the morning time daily, When temperature rises that means sun rises the earth fault current get lower, in this situation What should I do to get rid of this Problem?
