From Two days Deltas failing.No body Checked.Where did it
stores.If 1st delta fails, is it possible to run second delta
without rectifying 1st delta.

Suppose a delta gets failed today and no one has checked it then next delta loads doesnt even start,It throws an error: "Previous request is still red.." blah blah..!
thus correct the today's failed delta load and then go ahead by repeating next run / start a fresh run. It will work.

We can not run a data load with out clearing the previous error. we can get last delta data load using delta repetition (rsa7). It stores only the last delta load. So if we run the DTP again we can run the delta load normally. Here in your case, delta has ran two times. So once you please check with the delta repetition. If you didn't find any data then run repair full load. I think you are cleared with this. If you have any more doubts please let me know.
