,sales is depend on their face value.it is good for you &
also if they are breaking the rules of company & they
unionized ?

if they have a face value in the market it's good ,i can
utilize it for increasing sales but if they are in union
then first I will found their weakness & by some other way
like give one them hike in the package.I will break their
union because union is not good for company & I will rotate
them in the territory it self. if still they breaking rules
then necessary action can be made.
