For Rec length= (2*width+2*breadth)-8*cover+ 2*10d
10d is hook length

when, A & E is the
inner to inner distance
in rectangular stirrup.

Circular= [(22/7)xD
+24d]
when,D is dia of inner
to inner stirrup.

Both case d is dia of
steel.
